Nabucco Pipeline Project, Türkiye

The Nabucco pipeline (also referred as Turkey–Austria gas pipeline) was a natural gas pipeline project one branch from Erzurum, and other branch from Silopi to Sivas, Turkey to Baumgarten an der March, Austria to diversify natural gas suppliers and delivery routes for Europe.

Geotechnical studies have been completed, but the pipeline has not been put into operation.

Yusufeli Dam and HPP Project, Türkiye

The Yusufeli Dam is an arch dam on the Çoruh River near Yusufeli in Artvin Province within the eastern Black Sea region of Turkey. The Yusufeli Dam will be the second largest dam within the larger Çoruh River Development Plan, which plans to build 13 dams, of which two are operational and another two are under construction.

The dam's main purpose is hydroelectric power production and it will support a 540 MW power station. The dam is controversial because of its projected impact on the biodiversity within its reservoir area along with the relocation of the locals.

Naipköy Dam Project, Türkiye

Naipköy Dam is located in Tekirdağ which has a foundation height of 56.5 metres and 21.62 million cubic metres of water will be stored in the dam.

Constructed with an investment cost of 37.5 million TL and 2.9 million cubic metres of filling, the dam provides 6.14 million cubic metres of drinking and utility water to Süleymanpaşa District annually.

Atatürk Dam and HPP Project, Türkiye

The Atatürk Dam, is the third largest dam in the world and it is a zoned rock-fill dam with a central core on the Euphrates River on the border of Adıyaman Province and Şanlıurfa Province in the Southeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey. Built both to generate electricity and to irrigate the plains in the region, it was renamed in honour of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk (1881–1938), the founder of the Turkish Republic.

The dam embankment is 169 m high (554 ft) and 1,820 m long (5,970 ft). The hydroelectric power plant (HEPP) has a total installed power capacity of 2,400 MW and generates 8,900 GW·h electricity annually.

Dicle Dam is located within the provincial territory of Diyarbakır, at a distance of 50 kilometres to Diyarbakır city centre.

More specifically, the dam and the hydroelectric power plant are located in Eğil district, at a distance of 800 metres from the point of junction of the streams of Maden Stream and Dibni to form the Tigris, and 22 kilometres downstream of the Kralkızı Dam. Construction works were started in 1986 and the dam was completed in 1997.

The dam has an installed hydroelectric capacity of 110 MW and is designed to ultimately irrigate 128,080 hectares.

Demirexport Heap Leach Project, Türkiye

Turkey's first nickel-cobalt plant. Focusing on the production of nickel, which is an important input in the world stainless steel, chemical, automotive, shipbuilding and aircraft construction sectors, the company is implementing Turkey's first nickel-cobalt facility in the Gördes district of Manisa with an investment of 360 million dollars.

With additional investments, the company aims to reach a nickel metal capacity of 20 thousand tons by 2021. TCF, located in Kabakoz Village in Gördes District of Manisa Province, was built as rock fill at a height of approximately 96 m and the storage envisaged in the project will be approximately 17,300,000 m3.

Bakırtepe Plant is located 10 km southeast of Çetinkaya village in Kangal district of Sivas province. It is Turkey's First 100% Domestic Capital Gold Mine. Since the start of its activity, a total of 93,000 ounces of gold has been produced in the enterprise.

The ore produced by the open pit method is enriched by subjecting it to the heap leaching process and dore ingot casting is made. The plant, which continues its reserve development activities, has an annual feeding capacity of 1.5 million tons.

Nenskra Hydro Power Plant is a proposed hydroelectric power station to be located on the southern slopes of the Central Caucasus mountains in Svaneti, Georgia.

The plant has a projected capacity of 280 MW, and a projected average annual energy production of 1.2 TWh. It is being developed by JSC Nenskra Hydro, founded in 2015 as a joint venture between Korea Water Resource Corporation and JSC Partnership Fund.

The project has faced significant opposition from representatives of all communities in Upper Svaneti. Geotechnical studies have been completed, but the project has not been put into operation.
